There’s 2 camps that vary in some of the subtleties but they’re both pro copper, iodine, b vitamins, real vit C and then it seems to vary on zinc & other minerals supplements depending on your body make up and general health. Calcium uptake can be lessened if taken with zinc and magnesium, but not cancelled. I have seen evidence that recommends taking 1mg copper for every 8-15mgs zinc.
